A helpful tip is to rotate the flint wheel multiple times after inserting the new flint to ensure smooth operation. If the wheel gets stuck, adjust the flint spring by screwing the screw brass lid slightly clockwise or counterclockwise. If this doesn't solve the issue, rotate the flint wheel both counterclockwise and then quickly clockwise a few times.
